Sauternes
Sauternes is a very special dessert wine from the Bordeaux region in France. It's primary grapes are Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes dry on the vines because they are dehydrated by a fungus called Botrytis cinerea (or noble rot). The dried grapes are then used to make this golden sweet wine.
